Our Terrific Two's program actively engages toddlers in experiences to develop their physical, social, cognitive, and language skills. This is a place for growing, learning, understanding, curiosity, discovery and fun-- all in a safe and loving environment.
The care and experience toddlers glean during their early years have a powerful influence on how they view the world and relate to others. We provide a loving and nurturing environment where these children learn many new concepts in God's marvelous creation.
Students should be 2 by August 31.
3 & 4's
TUEsday, Wednesday, Thursday
We guide each preschooler to maximum capacity learning from everyday situations and experiences. We lay a strong foundation for later learning: reading readiness, number concepts, awareness of similarities and differences, motor skills, rhythm, melody, listening, and following directions.
Our dedicated and loving teachers provide a beginning learning experience in a Christian environment where each child is loved, respected, and valued for his or her uniqueness. Our preschool activities are designed to enable children to become more confident and independent, and to enjoy learning while having fun.
Students should be 3 by August 31.

Pre-K is a rapid time of growth and development. It is a year of preparation for Kindergarten and for future success in school and in life. To achieve, children need to be imaginative, independent, and actively involved in their own learning.
At Fox Island Preschool, we use the Get Set For School program. This is an award-winning curriculum that is used in the Peninsula School District. It features readiness and writing, language and literacy, and numbers and math. Children move, touch, feel, and manipulate real objects as they learn the habits and skills essential for Kindergarten. The Handwriting Without Tears, Get Set For School program draws from years of innovation and research to provide developmentally appropriate, multisensory tools and strategies for your classroom. The program follows research that demonstrates children learn more efficiently by actively doing, with material that addresses all styles of learning.
